David Brooks once again demonstrates his nasty, jealous, petty soul in his piece today about Kos. Saying that Tom Delay is Kos' moral doppelganger is patently absurd - unless Mr. Brooks knows about some indictments of which I'm unaware. The article is essentially a series of smears.
Unfortunately, Kos often does display an arrogance that makes him an easy target. His comments on Maureen Dowd, and his interview with Brian Lehrer during his book tour come to mind.
Still to ignore the fact of Kos' remarkable acccomplishment is grossly unfair. It's also interesting to note that while Mr. Brooks is free to comment or post at the Daily Kos, Kos is not free to do so on Mr Brooks' forum.
