At about 9:30 P.M., Friday, July 25, ten days after Mme Bustard's 55th Birthday, Ovarian Cancer claimed her life.

Sorry for the long lapses - cancer is winning another round with Mme Bustard. Not that we've given up.  But the dysfunctionality of our medical system is shocking.
People who find it acceptable must never have spent anytime in it. We spent about three hours today with a hospice nurse - two hours and a half of which was about payment and insurance issues. 
And Mme Bustard has about as good medical insurance as one can get.
The actual medical care is non-existent.
