The Commander in Chief often implies that the Wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are essential to preventing the downfall off Western Civilisation.
Even though our fighting forces are stretched to the limit, the Commander sees fit to send able bodied young men to Buenos Airies, to protect spoiled partying princesses from purse snatchers.
How much more decadent can you get?
They are two young girls growing up in the limelight they did not ask for. Imagine, if you will, being followed by media and secret service everywhere you went back in Annandale. The time or two I chinned myself on porcelain did not make it into the papers. The right wing pursuing Chelsea behaved like Neanderthals. Leave the girls alone. Go after Dad. He has big shoulders.

Damn, I have to be nice again. You're right. I actually did not really want to pick on the girls. At the same time, we are at war - one that many argue is incredibly vital; essential even to the survival of civilization. Is there nothing unseemly in endless partying while people of your own age are dying? If you were a 25 year old in that situation, would you have behaved this way? I do agree that the girls are innocent, and deserve privacy. Still...
