It was a mere 70 million years ago that our family separated from the our equally attractive relatives, the crane family. I know the intelligent design crowd would say that this is impossible since the world is not nearly that old. Trust me - it has taken me longer to get this blog up and running than the amount of time they say that the earth has existed.

Congrats on the blog! Bustards are necessary for our ecological balance ...um... I'm sure.

In a world full of rotten wars, rotten weather and rotten pundits- It's nice to hear a voive of reason or at least cinility- Kinda like New Orleans will look when Katrina leaves and is cleaned up- Nothing nicer than a post- hurricane calm- The skies become very blue and its so much easier to fly - Best to all the Bustards- W.H
